National Parks Bucketlist

I remember being in 5th grade and reading about Death Valley in our Social Studies book. I guess wanderlust has always been in my bones because from that time it was always a dream destination. We finally made it there in 2017 on our western road trip. It did not disappoint. The landscape is so vast and varied and breathtaking. You can feel the heat radiating up your body from the ground. At night the sky is as dark and wide and filled with as many stars as any place I have been. My only regret is not staying longer.
